This page covers the consult form on mountainaba.com. We use it to call you back. We do not ask for health or diagnosis details.

What you send

Your name, phone number, email address, your child's age range, the best time to call, how you heard about us, and an optional short note. Please do not include health details in that note.

Where it goes

The form emails [email protected]. We do not keep a copy on the website, and we do not send those details to an ad network.

The check on the form

Cloudflare Turnstile helps keep the form from being filled by bots. It can set a cookie for that check.

How we see visits

Google Analytics can receive a page view after you accept analytics. Accept analytics and ads also allows a Meta page view. Consult form answers and health details are not sent. Use Cookie settings to change your choice. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep these tools off.
